CMSA Player Card
Every child that plays for a City team from U12 - U18 needs to have a CMSA player card.
The cards cost $10.00.
Before you make an appointment you will need your child’s CMSA number. Every child that has played for a City team has a CMSA number that they keep forever. Ask your Co-coordinator for the CMSA number at grading.
Follow the link to book an appointment. No child playing in U12 and above can play without a card (This link will be available mid Sept.)
- Make an appointment with Calgary Minor
- Go down to the Calgary Soccer Centre - 7000 -48 Street S.E.
- Take your child's Alberta Health Care Card and or Birth Certificate for age verification
- Give the card to your coach

Fair Play Policy
All participants are to be played equally and fairly as is possible on a game by game basis. Exceptions to this policy would be: discipline, injury or for unsportsmanlike qualities shown on or off the playing surfaces or areas.
Team / Individual Photos
Team / Individual photos will be held on May 8, 2010 at NESS. Your coach will let you know what time your team is to be there or check out the website www.psasoccer.net
Interested in Refereeing?
PSA will train you to be a referee. Open to anyone 14 and older. If you would like to find out more information please contact Rui at decampos.r@gmail.com. Adult referees are needed.
Tony Waiters Byte Sized Coaching
The Byte Size Coaching program is an on-line resource system of plans that have been developed and designed to assist coaches at all levels (U4 - U18). It is presented in a game-based format to enthuse players and make session organization easier for coaches.
This program is free of charge to coaches in the CMSA program.
